2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Refunds and returns are not accepted unless a product is faulty or damaged and proof is provided.

4. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Returns Policy

All products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. If a product is faulty or damaged, please get in contact so it can be resolved. Proof must be provided of all items including full packaging and shipping labels. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

All products are non-refundable for change of mind purchases.

This website has been created by myself (Elle) and is my responsibility that all online transactions and credit card information is kept both confidential and secure. All transactions are processed through Stripe or Paypal and this website is powered through Squarespace where the privacy of personal information is guaranteed. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is provided by Squarespace to protect all personal information that is being collected as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology ensures that personal information is encrypted to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than myself. To check for security, your URL will begin with “https://” instead of “http://” and there will be a green closed padlock icon.

Privacy Policy

Elle takes your privacy seriously. Your information will not be used to sell or trade and will not be supplied to anyone. Elle’s Balcony Garden collects your personal information when an order is placed for the sole purpose of processing your purchase and getting in contact if needed.
